Foster
The Sevier County Humane Society’s Fosters For Furry Friends is looking for puppy/kitten foster care volunteers for our expanding foster care program.

If you care about animals and want to help, please consider signing up to participate in this program. Foster care is life saving for some animals and a critical component to the Humane Society’s adoption process. Offering a temporary home to puppies or kittens not yet old enough to be adopted or fostering a dog or cat going thru rehabilitation after an injury or illness is very rewarding.

As a foster care volunteer you would provide food and transportation to vet appointments, but most importantly, you will be responsible for the general wellbeing and socialization of the pet until they are they can be placed for adoption.

For questions on how to be a part of this life saving program or to register as a foster parent please call Lida O’Neill at 865-453-2028.
